Founding Partner
Souvik Roy
Souvik is a corporate lawyer with over 14 years of post-qualification experience. Before establishing his practice, he spent 11 years with IC Universal Legal, Mumbai, where he served as a Partner from 2018 to 2024 in the firm’s General Corporate and Transactions practice. Souvik’s practise area focuses on venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial services regulation. He advises domestic and international investors, companies, promoters, and funds across the investment lifecycle, from early-stage funding to pre-IPO. He also routinely represents clients end-to-end in M&A and JV space, from structuring to post execution advise, including complex cross border transactions. A WBNUJS Kolkata graduate (Class of 2011), he is consistently recognised by IFLR1000 (since 2018) as a Notable Practitioner in M&A and Private Equity.

Kanishka Bajpai
Kanishka is a trusted corporate lawyer with over 11+ years of experience advising investors, founders, and high-growth companies on complex mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE), and venture capital (VC) transactions. She has served as Partner - M&A, PE and Transactions at JSA Advocates & Solicitors, Mumbai, and previously spent nearly nine years at IC Universal Legal, where she progressed from an Associate to Partner. She is consistently recognised by IFLR1000 (since 2018) as a Notable Practitioner in M&A and Private Equity. Her practice covers the complete transaction lifecycle across public and private M&A, PE and VC investments, secondary and exit transactions, joint ventures, general corporate and promoter/founder advisory. A top of her class graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Noida (Class of 2015), Kanishka combines deep legal expertise with a results-driven approach.
